{BIRTHDAY} My 27th. All American Teen Party

For my birthday I wished to have my friends all at a local park eating hot dogs and home made ice cream. And maybe some lawn games. Well my friends really know how to make a birthday girl feel loved! With the theme 'All American Teen" (teen is a nickname) my friend Shauna designed baseball T's with a picture of me and an American flag on them and a hat for me to wear. Brilliant! Loved those baseball Ts! It was one of my favorite b-day parties. Lots of friends came, the park is really pretty and over looks the ocean, and the June gloom didn't ruin a thing. The food was simple and really tasty. First hot dog of the Summer! And homemade ice cream with lots of topping options, nothin better. (I bought the white ice cream cups at Smart and Final.)

{BIRTHDAY} Jane's 27th

My twin sister and I had a birthday on June 7th. We live in different states so we have to celebrate separately. Our older sister and some friends threw her a really great party and I had to share. The party was at a canyon near Salt Lake City called Mountain Dell and they reserved a spot. Some simple decor hung to make it feel like a party. For food they had cookies, popcorn, and a spread for banana boats (bananas, graham crackers, chocolate, marsh mellows) and they could be roasted at the fire.

Pictures of Jane were printed and it created a backdrop for a photobooth. A friend provided speakers and it got a dance party going. The night even ended with a personalized rap! 

Looks like I missed out on a great party.
